I have a lot of respect for Carl Cox as a DJ and his early artist work was both revolutionary and excellent. Respect is also due for changing styles and direction, but his new style is not for me.

And Moroccan Chant is no different. You can probably guess what it sounds like just from it's name. Not quite Benedictine Monk house music, but nearly. It tries to get all hypnotic and shit, but it just doesn't work.

Out on 26th Jan, for any of the Coxy faithfull.
